Ramen in Fukuoka Prefecture has a menu called "Kaedama".
If you have leftover soup after eating ramen, you can order just the noodles.
This is called kaedama.

I was just passing by, but there was a sign saying "Kaedama" at this shop is 30 yen.
It's super low-priced.
