Tokyo introduction

I made a galette because my children still had potatoes from their grandparents' fields.

peel it off.

Slice with a slicer.

Cut into strips.

Also cut the wiener sausage.

Mix salt and pepper and add to the pan.

Cover and let it steam.

Flip over and voila!
