Edible chrysanthemum
2021年11月17日 07時14分I found chrysanthemum flowers on sale, so I bought some.
Of course, I bought them to eat. (^-^)
Pluck off the petals of the chrysanthemum.
Put them in a pot filled with water and boil.
As soon as the water comes to a boil, put them in a colander.
Cool in ice water, drain, and serve.
It is also delicious with a little ponzu or salad sauce.
