Surumeika was low-priced, so I decided to make squid rice.

I took the internal organs and cut the squid's legs into small pieces.

It is glutinous rice.

Pack the washed glutinous rice and squid legs in the torso.

Boil in sake, mirin, soy sauce, and soup stock.

Complete.

When you cut it, it looks like this.
