Today, I'm going to make a paella using ingredients that are easily available at supermarkets in Tokyo.

Shrimp

Paprika and mushrooms

Saute the garlic in a paella pan.

Arrange the rice and paprika.

Arrange the shrimp.
After shelling the shrimp, slice them in two so that the flavor can be easily released.

Arrange the mushrooms.

Add the saffron, chicken stock, and water and bring to a boil.
