I ate Kenchin Udon at Kachidoki Toridoki.

I ate curry udon at Kachidoki Toridoki.

It's a very delicious curry udon.

Turkey and buckwheat galette

Cooking

Unravel the turkey I bought at Zuppa.

Boil the buckwheat noodles.

Fry the garlic.

Place buckwheat, garlic and turkey in a frying pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake.

Katsudon

Food

For lunch, I ate Katsudon at "Miyoshiya" in Tsukishima.

Onions boiled in soup stock.
It is delicious.

Senbei-jiru

Food

Senbei-jiru is a traditional dish in Aomori prefecture.

We use a unique rice cracker made by thinly spreading and baking kneaded wheat flour.
Boil in a pot with meat and vegetables and eat.
I also like senbei-jiru soup and eat it a lot.
