I reset some of my iPhone settings.
iPhoneの設定を一部リセットしました。

The items reset on the iPhone are as follows:
iPhoneのリセットした項目は以下

• Settings > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset Network Settings
  設定 ＞ 転送またはiPhoneをリセット ＞ ネットワーク設定をリセット
• Settings > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset Location & Privacy
  設定 ＞ 転送またはiPhoneをリセット ＞ 位置情報とプライバシーをリセット

Then, the phenomenon changed.
すると、現象に変化がありました。

The issue of the speaker volume cutting out has disappeared, but instead, when playing music on the Phone's Music app, the sound pauses for a moment, as if taking a breath.
スピーカーの音量が消える現象が消え、代わりに、PhoneのMusicで音楽を再生していたら、「息継ぎ」するように、一瞬、音が止まる。

It's much better than the previous problem.
前の現象より、ずいぶんマシにはなりました。
