Senbei-jiru is a traditional dish in Aomori prefecture.
We use a unique rice cracker made by thinly spreading and baking kneaded wheat flour.
Boil in a pot with meat and vegetables and eat.
I also like senbei-jiru soup and eat it a lot.

Anchovy-stuffed olives I bought at zuppa.
Slice it into thin slices and put it on albacore tuna to eat.
A little MIX pepper.
The saltiness of the olives and anchovies goes well with the tuna and is delicious.
