Lycoris radiata after the rain
The deep red petals and the water droplets reflecting the light are fantastic.
The leaves, which look dark green when wet with rain, are also very beautiful.

Heikyu WaterGate is located in Koto-ku, Tokyo.

The WaterGate is located at the intersection of canals and water.
The area is a waterfront town with houseboats moored in the town.

Behind the WaterGate. You can see the steel and concrete structure.

It says that the water gate was completed in March 1968.

So the history of the city continues.

This is a soup stock pack of Dried bonito.
This is the one I have been using the most lately.

Even if you drink the soup stock only, it is very delicious.

Dashi is indispensable in Japanese cooking.
I would like to continue to make dishes that bring out the flavor of dashi.
