I had shrimp, so I made a shrimp pilaf.

I cooked it with seafood soup and it was delicious.

It is a fin of a ray.

It is called "Kasube".

Boil in sake, mirin, soup stock, and soy sauce.

Umeboshi is added to remove the odor.

Beef pilaf

There was a thin slice of beef left, so I made it a pilaf.

Garlic, beef, carrots, rice. Olive leaves to the scent.

I cooked it with consomme soup and it was delicious.

Snapper Chikuwa

To get to Mother Farm from Tokyo, drive through the Aqua Line highway.

It is a "chikuwa" made from snapper, which is sold in the parking area of the Aqua Line.

It was delicious.
