There is a small squid called "Hotaru-Ika".
Even if it is big, it is about 5 cm.

Boil this squid and eat it.

The way to eat it is to add what is called "vinegar miso", which is a mixture of vinegar and sugar, to white white miso.
It is delicious.

Season with mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and sake.

It's called Hair Salon Peace.
You can have your hair cut in an open seat.
