"Pork & Niboshi" ramen from "Kimihan", a soup ramen shop that uses dried sardines.

The soup is a rich sardine "umami".
"Umami" = deliciousness.

The pork fat and soy sauce were mixed there, and it was a very thick and delicious ramen.
