Miso soup of Age fu

This is "Age-Fu" that I bought at Iwate Ginga Plaza.

"Age-Fu" is a deep-fried "Fu".

It is a delicious "fu" that sucks soup and has a fluffy and smooth texture.
I made miso soup with vegetables.

"Pork & Niboshi" ramen from "Kimihan", a soup ramen shop that uses dried sardines.

The soup is a rich sardine "umami".
"Umami" = deliciousness.

The pork fat and soy sauce were mixed there, and it was a very thick and delicious ramen.

The shrine has a long history, dating back to 1737 AD.

It is a small Inari shrine now, but it used to be a much bigger shrine.
If you pass by, please stop and imagine the old days.
