We went to Toridoki Hanare Kachidoki Kiyosumi-dori for lunch. I had their signature dish, "Toridoki Hitsu-Mabushi".
The pot on the upper right contains the chicken soup. The small plate on the upper left contains "condiments" such as green onions.
You take a little bit of the rice with the main dish of chicken on it, put the condiments on top, and pour the chicken soup over it. This rice with soup is so delicious that you cannot stop eating it.
I had salt ramen for lunch at "Yakiago Salt Ramen Takahashi Ginza Branch".
The soup was so delicious that I drank it down without leaving a drop. The word "Ago" in "Yaki Ago" refers to flying fish. In the Kyushu region of Japan, especially in Kitakyushu, the ago is dried, roasted, and then boiled to make a broth. This broth is very tasty and is used not only for ramen but also for various other dishes.
