This is a bowl of rice topped with chicken and eggs.

Cook chicken in soup stock.
Pour the egg into the broth and make it half-boiled.

Pour it over the rice in the bowl.
It's delicious. (^-^)

The soup is chicken soup, hot and tasty with fat from the skin of the chicken.

The name "Oyako-don" is a bit cruel for a chicken and egg dish, isn't it?
