On November 14, 2020, I found a coffee shop with the same name as the story "Whale Cloud" in the National language textbook used at my child's elementary school.

It is located in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
We drove there.
The children watched with interest as the shopkeeper made coffee in a cool way.

Then we went to the beach.

At first, they played by the waves, but finally, they went into the sea with their clothes on (^-^).

They got soaking wet and had fun playing.

This is a recipe using soy sauce.

Pork is very tasty when seasoned with soy sauce.

Pour the soy sauce over the pork in the package.

Use a frying pan to cook the mushrooms and bell peppers, and remove them once.

Grill the pork.
Put back the mushrooms and bell peppers.

Done!

SunshineCity Aquarium

SunshineCity Aquarium is located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.
The large tank is filled with sharks, batoidea, and beautiful fish.
Children will be very happy.

In Japanese, it is called "Age nasu".
It is made by deep-frying eggplant in oil and then marinating it in dashi broth.

It can be eaten hot or chilled in the refrigerator.
