At the request of my children, we went to eat sushi.
This is a new style of sushi restaurant.
You can order using a stationary tablet.
I introduced two types of sushi called "Gunkan", which are wrapped in dried seaweed.
Raw Shirasu
Young fish. Sushi rice is wrapped with nori (seaweed) and topped with raw shirasu.
Ikura.
Salmon roe marinated in soy sauce.
There are many kinds of soy sauce.
From the left.
Dashi soy sauce, mixed with dashi stock.
Kombu (kelp) soy sauce, mixed with kelp flavor
Dark soy sauce with a strong salty taste, common in the Kanto region
Yuzu Ponzu (Yuzu Ponzu), mixed with yuzu, a famous citrus fruit in the Shikoku region.
The sweet "sashimi soy sauce" is common in the Kyushu region.
Soy sauce in Japan is also a part of the culture.
This gate is the "Taitoku-in Mausoleum," which is designated as an important cultural property by the government.

On either side of the gate, there is a statue of Deva king.
This statue of Deva King has been designated as a Tangible Cultural Property by Minato-Ku, Tokyo.
The statue on the right is called "agyou" and the one on the left is called "ungyou", and they are often installed as a pair.
It's a good look.
This statue was moved from Seifukuji Temple in Saitama Prefecture to Sensoji Temple in Tokyo, where it is now enshrined.
It is thought to have been created in the Edo period.
I wonder what kind of world they have seen.
The Pumpkin Ghosts were at Zuppa, one of my favorite stores where I go to buy groceries.
He looks like a shopkeeper, wearing a buttoned-up shirt.
The store is a fun place to buy imported and Japanese commercial ingredients in small quantities.
