I bought porchetta at my favorite imported food store, Zuppa (https://twitter.com/ZuppaShinonome/).

I cut it into 3 pieces because it was thick.

Fry in a frying pan.
This oil also has a herb scent and is delicious.
I'm cooking another dish with this oil.
