I had leftover almonds, so I thought about what to do, so I made pilaf.

Cut the burdock root.

I had scallop strings in the refrigerator, so I boiled them.

Cook it with the soup stock and it's done.

This is the ramen of "Ebisoba Ichigen" in Yaesu, an underground mall of Tokyo Station.
The shrimp has a great flavor and is delicious.
I passed by and wanted to stop by.
