What is "Dashi Pack"?

  • Powdered fish made from dried flakes such as dried bonito and mackerel.
  • Boil in water to make soup.
  • It can be used for cooking and is delicious even if you drink it as it is.

How to make soup stock.

  • 1 pack in 400 ml of water
  • boil hot water.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
    * Be careful not to overcook.
  • Take out the pack and complete.

It will be a light brown soup stock.
It is delicious to drink as it is.

It has a good quality and a very delicious smell.

Welcoming customers with a sign with a picture of a sunflower.
How about a summer gift? I recommend it.

We recommend "Dashi" and thin noodles called somen as a set.
