I like sweet wine.
Madeira wine is sweet, has a good flavor, and is my favorite wine.

I bought Hen of the Woods mushrooms, so I'm going to make pilaf.

Fry the garlic and add the rice.

Sprinkle dashi powder and put Hen of the Woods mushrooms on top.

Cook.

Voila.

In Japan, sablefish is called "gin-dara".
"gin-dara" means silver cod.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on sablefish, put butter on top, wrap in foil and bake.
It is delicious.
