In Japan, sablefish is called "gin-dara". "gin-dara" means silver cod.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on sablefish, put butter on top, wrap in foil and bake. It is delicious.

I ate fried pirarucu at the Kawasaki Aquarium in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. I ate it for the first time, but it was a delicious fish with no habit.
