Tokyo introduction

It is a noodle dish eaten in Okinawa Prefecture.
Although it is called soba, the ingredients are wheat and the noodles are cooked like udon or ramen.
Katsuobushi soup is also delicious.

Top it with softly boiled pork spare ribs.

Inada was new, so I bought it.

I ate it as sashimi.

I ate meuniere for what I couldn't eat with sashimi.

It is a seaweed "hitoegusa".

This is dried and sold.
You can put it in soup or eat it as tempura.
It smells like seaweed.

It is a tea called "Sanpincha" that is drunk in Okinawa Prefecture.
It is a slightly sour tea with the scent of jasmine.
I like it and drink it often.
