Soy sauce from Kujukuri Town, Sanmu District, Chiba Prefecture.
There are many soy sauce manufacturers in Japan.
Kakujo soy sauce is one of them.
It was a very delicious soy sauce even if it was used for sashimi or simmered dishes.
